Hi, I'm Brittany, and I'm messaging to make a complaint. A dude was supposed to serve me for my burrito.

I didn't know where the white rice was at. I wasn't trying to confuse nobody because I'm not slow, and that's what he thinks.

Well, he walked off and got a nasty attitude and didn't apologize to me for it and didn't tell nobody why he got upset. And if he's dealing with something, he shouldn't take that out on nobody.

Being ignored about hair in food!!! Terribe Manager!!!!

Dissatisfaction with customer service

I find it extremely inappropriate that an employee on the clock finds it ok to be so vulgar. Instead of serving food an employee named Yari was dancing and talking about ***.

Last I checked there is an actual place of employment for that type of behavior. Moes serves all types of customers including children who were present.

Whats the most concerning is that no manager on duty was correcting the behavior. I do not plan on revisiting.

Somehow when I select Apple Pay I am charged more money and additional fees also am forced to leave a tip or else my order does not go through. It can take up to 30 minutes to simply order on their mobile app or website due to horrible errors and app glitches.

I went to the Moe's store 100454 on 12/13/2024. I had to tell the guy to change his gloves because 1) he touched his face while preparing my food. People are getting sick daily from this issue.

Question about former employee paystub

Horrible service in store and when trying to reach customer service,

Long story short, my son worked at T Moes. When tax time came, he let someone he knew handle his taxes, or at least he believed she did.

Later, we found out that she did not. The local Moe's manager, where he worked, refuses to assist him in obtaining a copy of his 2022 W2. She tells him to get it online, but he no longer has access. Can your office help me get his W2 from 2022?

Please email or call me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Preferred solution: A copy of my sons 2022 W2 for his taxes

Broken tooth from finding hard plastic in my food

I have always had a good experience with Moe’s except my experience in August 2024

I was at Moe's eating in August 2024. I bit down on a hard piece of plastic.

I informed the manager about what happened. Later that day, my filling fell out of my tooth and two days later, a part of my tooth came out.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for 2 months now. I had to have a root canal because I was in so much pain.

Jen and Mike are so rude. It is unbelievable.

Both of them should be fired. Jen wears the shortest shorts there is to work and is very unprofessional is very rude as well.

I had paid $12 for an online order a few days ago. I tried contacting the owner due to being given a junior burrito instead of the regular sized one that I paid for.

Not only was I given the wrong size, but even the smaller size was nothing but full of bread. Highly disappointed since usually my mom and I can split a burrito, but couldn't last night, because of the portion sizes. All he did was send a coupon for a cup of queso, which is irrelevant in this matter. I should have received a refund or a free burrito.

How are you going to charge $12 for a burrito and give one that is mostly bread and smaller than the junior!

Very unprofessional, as they ignored the matter completely. By the way, the burrito alone was $12, i received a free coupon for the cup of queso for signing up for rewards.
