I had paid $12 for an online order a few days ago. I tried contacting the owner due to being given a junior burrito instead of the regular sized one that I paid for.
Not only was I given the wrong size, but even the smaller size was nothing but full of bread. Highly disappointed since usually my mom and I can split a burrito, but couldn't last night, because of the portion sizes. All he did was send a coupon for a cup of queso, which is irrelevant in this matter. I should have received a refund or a free burrito.
How are you going to charge $12 for a burrito and give one that is mostly bread and smaller than the junior!
Very unprofessional, as they ignored the matter completely. By the way, the burrito alone was $12, i received a free coupon for the cup of queso for signing up for rewards.

Went into Moes ordered two bowls, and one nacho Astro season rice told me they didnt have any ready, scrape the bottom of the pan and gave me a teaspoon full of rice for each bowl and one nacho told us that they couldnt make any at the time because the pants were dirty that I asked for sour cream the girl said she didnt have any they had to make some turn around and the kid walked out with three of them in his hand I Astor I said do I get a discount because you guys didnt have much food to put in my bowls she says I cant do that. Very very dissatisfied with them.

Store dis not answer phone or call back. I will have to initiate a charge back through my bank to get refunded for an order the store was unable to make.
I came in for two bowls and was told they were, "out of meat" because they threw all of it out 45 minutes before closing. The kid running the register told me this incoherently while on the phone with his friend. The Radford VA Moe's has consistently bad service and inconsistent hours, as I have had to call the corporate office 5 times now to cancel orders put in through their mobile app when they spontaneously closed during their normal operating hours for no listed reason.
There needs to be a way to turn off mobile orders foe this location when their hour varies or have the store manually confirm each order. The inconsistencies between franchises are no reason why they can't fulfill an app operation that is this basic.

Verbal abuse by a Moe's employee in front of my 3 year old daughter
I was told to come to her job at Moe's in Oneonta ny Jessica pidgeon I believe the supervisor that has not been around much and my daughter was happy to see her had Nevaeh 3 mind you saying the f bomb after addressing it I had to keep checking her anger issues at the door she says to me I *** hate you mind you Infront of Nevaeh 3 years old a day or two later she wants me to bring her mail to her job and I get there and she's having some kind of emotional break down freaks Nevaeh out Nevaeh starts crying and Jessica pidgeon freaks out more and looks at me and says look what you did I'm standing there asked her if she was ok Jessica gets completely emotionally unstable then comes out and around the building sets on the steps and gives me and Nevaeh the finger and says *** you I sent an email to the Oneonta store and the apparently had Jessica contact me about it and saying her gm says I'm not allowed there me and my daughter literally have done nothing wrong except file a complaint with every right to do so I don't understand y we can't go there or be arrested Jessica pidgeon said I hope it's addressed cause me and my daughter shouldn't be band for filling a complaint about her verbal abuse Infront of Nevaeh

My first Moe’s disaster meal
Hello Moes,
My family and I are long time big fans of Moes from Atlanta to Orlando. The Altamonte Springs, FL location is our regular spot.
On 07/17/23, my daughter was in town and she had a big Moes craving. We were not expecting it to go all wrong, but it did. None of the items were fresh. We ordered bowls with grilled chicken.
The chicken was dry, it had been sitting a while. They were oddly unwilling to replenish the empty pico. The rice was hard and bothered my teeth. The guy told me the spicy tiny sliced peppers were bell pepper but his scoop of them helped ruin an already bad tasting bowl.
Not fresh, tasted old, like days old leftovers. Even the broken piece chips were greasy and bottom of the barrel. And the Coke machine had a significant amount of drinks no longer available. And the ice was empty too, like none.
We didnt even finish our bowls, but just threw them away. The guy on the line never welcomed us and dampered our excitement for good Moes with a bad attitude.
How could this Moes missed it so bad? Where did the real Moes go?? Is this lower standard now the new Moes?
How could I be motivated to return there? Is there still a fresh, good quality Moes somewhere?
